Booking and Payment Procedure
Please read the following carefully to understand our booking and payment procedure:
The booking and payment procedure we adopted during the COVID period, including the allotted time slots for delivery / collection, helped with the running of the business. We have maintained this method as it benefits you as a customer in that it has enabled us to have more time with you to discuss your cat(s) both on delivery and collection, so please, adhere to your time slot.
BOOKING:
About a week before you are due to arrive at the Cattery you will be forwarded a booking in form and a confirmation letter, both forwarded to you by email. Please complete all sections of the booking in form, print it off and bring it with you when you make your drop off.
PAYMENT:
The confirmation letter will contain the cost of your booking together with the Cattery banking details. Note: we no longer accept card payments. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash.
If paying by bank transfer we ask that you complete the payment BEFORE you collect your cat(s). This can be completed before you go away if easier.
DROP OFF:
You will be allocated a delivery time slot for attending the Cattery. This will be discussed at your time of booking.
COLLECTION:
You will be allocated a collection time slot for attending the Cattery. This will also be discussed at your time of booking. PLEASE adhere to your time slots, THANK YOU.

Finaly, we continue to act on advice from International Cat Care & the International Society of Feline Medicine, who in turn are guided by the World Small Animal Veterinary Association (WSAVA) to ensure we stay safe and are able to continue to look after your feline family members.
