This is always a difficult decision but one we have had to make to keep pace with price increases forced upon us by our suppliers of both food and litter. Since the beginning of the year these have risen by 12% and we have yet to see how the energy costs will affect us later in the year when the heat lamps are needed within the building. From the 1st of the month we chose to increase our boarding fees by 5% to cover some of this increase, carrying the remaining increase ourselves. However, we will honour ALL 2026 bookings made prior to 1st September (2026) at the original price they were booked at. We believe this is a fair way to move forward and I am sure you will understand the necessity for this move. Unfortunately, market forces are hitting all areas and as a small family business we do not have the luxury of losing the increases elsewhere within the business.
