During these unprecedented times everyone’s lives and holiday plans have been put on hold and without doubt as a small family business we have very challenging times ahead. Those of you that have holidays booked with us and have already cancelled will be aware that we have waived our cancellation policy. This will remain in force for the foreseeable future and certainly until we post further on here and so will apply to any of you thinking that you may have to cancel as the days ahead still look bleak.
To those of you that have already cancelled may we say how grateful we are for your kind words and compassionate support at this difficult time and yes, when this horrible period rolls through WE WILL STILL BE HERE and look forward to when we can see you and those wonderful 4 legged friends once more.
Currently we are still open for those with emergencies and needing our facilities for feline family and have adequate stock to see us onwards for some time, including cleaning products as used within hospitals. We are observing all current Government guidelines and are happy for you to make payment via bank transfer. Please feel free to phone for further details if you are requiring residence.
And finally, please keep yourselves safe and well and we will see you later in the year.
Kind regards,
June & Vicki x
Dear friends, June, Vicki and Reg
You have been in our thoughts recently and wondering how you’re doing. We stay well, as we hope so much you all do too. Yes, we will see you all again at the end of these frightening and uncertain times. With love Janet and Gordon xx xx
Dear Janet & Gordon,
That is so kind of you. Thank you, we are all well and keeping busy with maintenance on the cattery.
Look forward to seeing you on the ‘other side’ so to speak.
Keep safe both,
June & Vicki
Wow – thank you for the fantastic work you do looking after our furbabies, staying open to help others at the difficult time is just wonderful and be rest assured that we feel for you too as this dreadful situation has affected your business.
Take care of yourselves, stay safe, best regards, Sue & Eleena 🙂
Hi Sue & Eleena,
Good to hear from you and thank you for your support.
Missing the different furbabies coming to stay with us. Seems really strange not being met each morning with hopeful ‘I need feeding’ faces! Look forward to seeing you other side of this horrible situation.
Keep safe.
June & Vicki
Hi all, hope you’re all well and staying safe. Uncertain times for everybody at the moment, but rest assured we will continue to house Poppy and Tia with you when all this is over. Stay safe
Hi Mick & Sandra, Thank you for your kind words and support. It does mean a lot to us at the moment with such uncertainty ahead. Feels really strange having such a quiet Cattery though. Keep safe and see you after the madness!
June & Vicki.
Glad to hear that you are okay, it’s such a tough time right now for you all and I hope you are having a well earned rest!
Thank you so much for all you do…you are a wonderful team and we look forward to seeing you again when it is all over.
Love to all
Alison & Woo 🐈 xx
Hi Alison,
Thank you for your kind comments and it’s really weird not having lots of 4 legged friends to see each day.
With the weather like it is there are still plenty of jobs to keep us busy even if occasionally we do have to stop and admire the view, oh and watch the 3 ducks that have taken over the cattery pond! I’m sure Woo would love to see them at play.
Look forward to seeing you all later in the year.
Keep safe,
June & Vicki xx
