Another factor that cropped up during the pandemic was the need for a card payment machine. In blunt terms, we were not using it and yet the card company was still charging us for having it on the premises. Needless to say, it went back to them.

We asked for you to complete payment via bank transfer, as per the majority of other businesses and to be fair to you all, it worked. So for that reason we will continue with bank transfer payments, details of which are forwarded to you on a confirmation letter a week or so before you are due to come into the cattery.

For the few customers that have no access to or do not wish to use bank transfer system we will accept cash payments, but please feel to discuss when you make your bookings.
